Each member of our leadership team brings years of hands-on experience in their field, along with a passion for innovation and a genuine dedication to our customers and crews. We understand that every project we take on is not just a job, but a reflection of the trust our clients place in us. That’s why we lead by example — showing up, solving problems, and always looking for ways to improve.

Our team is made up of professionals who have spent their careers in construction and corporate management, and together they provide the knowledge, insight, and direction that keep TerraPave moving forward. Whether it's guiding our crews in the field or working with clients and partners behind the scenes, our leadership is grounded in experience and driven by a shared goal: delivering results that matter.

Domenic is President and Co-CEO of TerraPave Construction Corp. where he is responsible for all strategic direction and vision of the Company with a focus on driving corporate growth. Prior to forming TerraPave, Domenic was active in the asphalt/paving industry for over 18 years starting off in the field, moving up to sales, and finally creating TerraPave Construction.

Domenic’s knowledge, strong work ethic, and reputation are all paramount to the foundation of TerraPave’s success.



Nadia brings a wealth of experience to the TerraPave team having assisted her father who owned and operated a successful paving company for over 30 years. Nadia’s main roles and responsibilities include the financial affairs of the Company along with corporate planning, managing the employees, customer service & all other administrative work.

Nadia was also instrumental in rolling out the Company’s safety policy, harassment & workplace violence policy and training of all employees. She completes the above-mentioned tasks while ensuring that the Company is compliant with all insurance requirements.



Jordan brings over 25 years experience in sales, financial consulting, and client relations to the TerraPave team. He is responsible for initiating new business, implementing strategic decisions for the Company and developing long-term relationships with customers.  Jordan is on the Board of many publicly traded companies, and he also holds a BA in Statistical Science from the University of Western Ontario.
